The Herren Dimension works with company leaders in assessing strengths and areas for development to attract, retain, encourage and develop the leadership of women. Our goal is to maximize our client’s investment in time and resources. 

We have planned and delivered numerous forums to advance and encourage professional women’s development.  Presentations and webinars include topics such as networking, business development, leading people, and life/work integration.     

Hands-on Experience

At the end of 2005, Terri Herren was appointed chair for a regional CPA firm’s Women in Leadership Steering Committee comprised of shareholders and employees. Less than a year after its inception, the firm won the prestigious Leading Edge Alliance Award for Cultural and HR Innovation for the success of the initiative.  Additionally, the firm chairman was asked to serve on the Women Initiatives Executive Committee of the AICPA which has a membership of 135,000 CPAs.  More importantly, female owners increased from one to five and the retention and attraction of other talented women was enhanced.
